Consent to Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties (Optional)
infini.show co., ltd. (operator of UNBOXIN) provides Members’ personal information to its Brand Clients for the operation of brand seeding and campaigns, as set out below.

For campaigns that require shipping, the recipient’s name, contact information, and shipping address may be provided to the logistics provider designated by the relevant brand or company to the extent necessary for shipping the product. The specific recipient will be notified separately on the individual campaign screen or during the order process.
Consent to Receive Marketing Communications (Optional)
UNBOXIN obtains your consent to send marketing and promotional information as set out below.

Consent to the Transfer of Personal Information Overseas (Optional)
UNBOXIN seeks your consent to transfer personal information overseas as described below.
For Members located in the EEA, provision of your personal information to Brand Clients may constitute third-party disclosure and, depending on the location of the recipient, an international transfer. Transfers to the Republic of Korea may rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for Korea, and transfers to other countries will be protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful safeguards where required.
For Members located in Japan, your personal information may be transferred outside Japan to the Republic of Korea, the United States, or other countries in connection with campaign operations. Appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards are applied in accordance with the APPI.
